These photos show both sides of our L-shaped Parsley Labyrinth. See how lush and full those short green parsley walls are? That's our little garden shed in the background. The tall flowering plants around the edge are Himalayan impatiens.
This is how the labyrinth looked the first year we had it. But unfortunately, our second year of operation was not so successful . . . more on that tomorrow.

I suspect that the parsley went mad... Or bunnies came to visit. Looks lovely, though! My friend made a herb spiral garden in the country, it was hard to maintain but so nice to gaze at. Lois

Hmmm. .drought, bunnies, parsley decided to be creative in where it grew. .some of each, or none of the above. .but I'll bet you come up with a solution!

What a lovely garden! I miss mine~~our soil is clay and I had to admit I could no longer fight it, with nominal results.
So I garden vicariously through others beautiful plantings! ;-)

What a great idea. There's a church in my town that has a labrynth that I love walking, but wow, to have one in my own backyard (not that I have one) would be amazing. Definately to add to my list of home owning requirements!

This is fantastic! I know from growing my own farm-sized garden (and mine is nowhere near this organized!) that it must've required so much work. What an amazing, peaceful space to enjoy in the spring and summer!

Oh, my goodness this is brilliant, Debra...kudos to you and your Fine One for the inspiration and hard work! I would love to give it a try, but as you know, I'm too busy joining my husband on weekend shenanigans to stay home and grow veggies!
