  1. I seriously love this post and will try to heed the advice. I’m looking for glimmers already, and this is one of them (as are you).

  4. I was glimmering yesterday in a very remote forest with just myself and my little dog.
    Self care is life saving.

  10. This is a lovely post my friend. I love those Glimmers, and I feel/see them daily. Also, I need a Grilled cheese Sammy, and the only proper way to cut it is on the diagonal.

  16. This post hits home for me.
The best advice I try to keep to is in the saying "comparison is the thief of joy".
I try not to compare myself to people who are much more successful, wealthier and happier etc than me. I look at myself based on my own path and progress.
    Thanks for the post.
    Liam. :)

  25. I sometimes wonder what to actually do to “practice self care”, because I just don’t know. Maybe I do it and don’t realize it. Sometimes people (not you) describe it in an off hand way to disparage taking care of others and they themselves don’t really know what it means.

  27. A beautiful, heartwarming and very uplifting post dear Debra 🥹🥰♥️
I totally agree to each line you shared.
I loved Buddha’s quote yes valuing ourselves is important because it’s the origin of compassion for others.one who can’t love himself or respect himself can never share it with others around 🥰
    Thanks 🙏♥️
