Celebrating Barack Obama Day

NOTE: This is how a real American president looks at Putin . . .

If Trump can run for a third term
despite the Constitution,
then why not Obama too?

And BRAVO to all Americans
who are participating in today's
nation-wide mass protests
against MAGA Trump's authoritarianism!

May you all be safe!

  3. Today is National Flag Day. I can only post a flag and not the face of any politician because there is not an honest one in the bunch. No person cannot be honest and be in politics.

  6. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²πŸ«‘ I do love using Obama on this day to punch Trump in his ugly, low-hanging balls!! πŸ’ͺ But, I don't even kid about "Obama 2028." Obama was the brilliant choice for his time, but we are past his time. I'm 70 years old and I am going to put my faith in the tough-talking "whippersnappers" to rescue whatever time I have left on this planet! For President, I would love Pete Buttigieg. He's the wonderful mix of speaking ability, consistent opinion, military veteran, loving husband/father, and steady hand that we need at the top. Below that, we need young progressives all around the country. There are too many old farts in positions of "leadership" who want to stay stuck in the politics of an age that started to disappear in 2015 and has vanished completely in the last 5 months! I'd rather support the young farts who will live in the future they are creating! πŸ‘πŸ«Ά✊️πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡²

  7. Powerful words and imagery! Barack Obama’s leadership continues to inspire, especially in times like these. Here’s to defending democracy, rejecting authoritarianism, and honoring those who stand up for justice. Stay safe and strong out there, everyone!

  8. I'm afraid I forgot to do that, but to make up for it I will be manning a booth at a DEI-friendly Pride Fest today.

  16. I was on my way to the protest here when something happened with Mr. M. and I had to stay home. However, for my little town it was a great turnout.

  18. You do know that this will be all for naught, right?

Anyways, he knows he can't run for a 3rd term....but he does enjoy living in other people's heads whenever he says something that the other side takes seriously.

    1. @ G.B. Miller -- And I hope you know that the MAGA brain trust has no intention of there ever being elections in the USA again. I predict martial law before next year's mid-terms. After that, civil war if people have the guts for it.

And I predict that we'll end up somewhere in between. Let's not make this a selffullfillong prophecy.

Ya see.? How much longer will people tolerate AI when it can't spell worth shit?

  19. I made a sign, I went to a protest, then I went to a Pride event across the river. Now I'm home and it's not too late to post a picture of the best president of my lifetime.
Some days we get stuff done.
Love that pic with that coward Putin.
Oh, and on the bridge across the river there was a group waving Ukrainian flags. Yes!
