  27. Oh, I just read something about Thomas Moore. He did discipline his children by beating them, but he used peacock feathers! Thanks for sharing these quotes.

    1. @ Kay G. -- I hadn't known about the peacock feather "beatings" before, thanks for telling me. I know Thomas More did highly educate all his daughters, which was absolutely unheard of then. Plus he's the patron saint of lawyers!
