Happy Valentines Day!

Well, Valentines Day is always a mixed bag, isn't it?

How about supporting a fundraiser that is
mean-spirited and yet generous
all at the same time?

Or, as the poster says,
"Petty with a purpose"

And here is HRH's heartfelt valentine to you all --

  1. Oh my, that neuter your ex is hilarious. "Petty With a Purpose", too good. The Henry VIII candy hearts are pretty funny. Happy Valentine's Day! Oh, and thanks for telling me about Ella Roberts too!

  5. Have a wonderful day Debra, filled with what you find pleasurable...(here in the states) chocolates(expensive), flowers(even more so), champagne(if you have to ask, you can't afford it), dinner for 2 at a nice restaurant(prepare for sticker shock). A kind word, a warming hug, a peck on the cheek...all free AND priceless.

  7. I really enjoyed the Happy Valentines Day! post on She Who Seeks — it strikes a fun and authentic tone for Valentine’s Day that’s not overly sentimental, but still warmly relatable. The way it mixes humor (“petty with a purpose”) with heartfelt illustrations and fundraising ideas shows that Valentine’s can be playful, reflective, and meaningful at the same time. It’s refreshing to see Valentine’s content that doesn’t just focus on romance, but also celebrates light-hearted creativity and community spirit. If Valentine’s Day is about connection in all its forms, this post definitely captures that vibe. πŸ’–✨

  19. The "Neuter Your Ex" fundraiser is even better than naming a cockroach to be fed to reptiles or painting your ex's name on the bottom of kitty litter boxes! And I'm sure HRH has neutered most, if not all, of her exes, LOL!

  25. Love them all. We don’t really get into Valentine’s Day.
It’s more for young love. When you still have all the delusions of romance.
We have been together for forty years. We have no delusions left lol
