@ Sixpence Notthewiser -- Yes, the vast majority of bees are female worker bees. And of course the Queen is female too. Each hive only has a few male bees (drones) whose sole purpose is to fertilize the Queen and then die.

These are fun signs. The bird and bee one is confusing though. Bees have to be females, but don't some mend call some women birds? Hmm, that's a dilemma.
