  12. 🎃😱 I love the pumpkin tent, but it is appropriate that the meme comes from "Horror Junkie." The nursery rhyme evoked by the tent ("Peter, Peter") is not only misogynistic but started as a scary, and possibly murderous, adult tale.
    “Peter, Peter, pumpkin eater,
Had a wife but couldn’t keep her;*
He put her in a pumpkin shell**
And there he kept her very well."

*couldn't keep his cheating, maybe sex-working, wife at home
**some versions say the shell is a chastity belt. Others claim the shell was a wall of Peter's house where he entombed his wife and hoped the mice would eat off her.🐀

Lovely nursery rhyme. Sleep well, children! 😳🫣🤣
