We must always remember who does the real work in building countries and economies. That's right, the ones who don't get the multi-million-dollar salaries, bonuses, bail outs and tax breaks.
So freekin true.... In fact it should be a day where all company owners and ceos labor and work for their employees who get the day off!! Wouldn't that be great!! Oh well back to work for me...
I just wanted to pop in, say hi and say THANK YOU for your ever and ongoing support via the comments you leave on my blog. We are a world apart and yet i feel so close to you. Thank you again Deb, you mean the world to me xx
Amen!

So true! For all our hard work and effort, we get one day off work...But not all of us. Completely unfair!
ReplyDeleteEvery day is a day to be grateful for all the gifts others make possible. Thank you for the reminder and happy Labor Day.
ReplyDeleteSo important to remember. Thank you for the reminder. ;-)
ReplyDeleteFunny how all those "gifts" from God seem to really stem from people. As Ani Difranco says, "God's work doesn't come from God, it comes from people."
