Well, it's Robbie Burns Day once again so what better way to celebrate than with a few Scottish LOLs?
Imagine your own sound effects for this next one:
"Only the French can create a word out of three vowels" . . . .
The Royal Family knows where to go to let loose and have a truly fun time!
Wishing you all a wee dram and a nice plump haggis tonight, och aye!
Haha, what a fabulous collection of images:) love the last one, lol.
ReplyDeletethanks, Debra, wishing you the same - have a nice weekend.
Hehehe...these are great! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeletewe do love the Scots, hope they finally gain independence soon and ditch the invading queen....
ReplyDeleteyou out did yourself this time! Excellent!
ReplyDeleteAye! :0)
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday, Debra! Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteApparently, they should have been playing sack races on the TV, while hockey was on strike? :)
ReplyDeleteI never seen the queen so mad
ReplyDeletehahah...they're all funny, but the first one is my fav.
ReplyDeleteAnother great group of funnies! Gotta love a sack race. Hurray, too for Robert Burns.
ReplyDeleteHail, Majesty most Excellent!
ReplyDeleteWhile nobles strive to please ye,
Will ye accept a compliment,
A simple poet gies ye? ~ Robbie Burns
Oh I love that kitty bagpipe, too hilarious! Personally a man in a kilt leaves me swooning, so I'm all for Robbie Burns!
ReplyDeleteVery funny...especially love the first image. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteScotland is the land of my ancestors, I would love to visit someday! Maybe I can reclaim the castle! LOL! These are all so funny, I love the bagpipe one with the cat. My husband (German heritage)does, this to our cats only he is playing an accordion! The cats have pretty much the same reaction as the one in the photo!
ReplyDeletehahaha...i love this! and i am half scottish! it's snowing!!! and our hockey team is out west tonight!
ReplyDeleteBeing an lolcat lover and a person of part Scots descent myself, I can appreciate this! Cheers!
ReplyDeletescots wha hae! :)
ReplyDeleteLoved the first one!! Happy Burns to you too Debra!
ReplyDeleteOch aye, those are great laughs! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteAye, Queenie...have a wee laugh and a clap!!
ReplyDeleteAw, that picture of the Queen is awesome! She went from "stern monarch" to "delightful granny"!
ReplyDeleteThat first picture made me roar! I MUST share ;-)
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the first years where I have not had to go to a Robbie Burns night. My daughter dances Highland and I always have to take her to some Legion hall where there is nobody under the age of 73. And that haggis. Oh, dear god.
ReplyDeleteLOL!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is hilarious! Our very close friends are Scottish and they were out for the Robbie Burns dinner last night ;o)
ReplyDeleteExcellent. I want a cat-pipe now!
ReplyDeleteLOL, I love these "laugh out loud" photos! I especially love the Scottish one! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteAnd a happy Robbie Burns Day to you, Debra. Love the cat cartoon!!
ReplyDeleteI tried haggis once in a Wetherspoon. To my great shame I couldn't like it. I tried some vegetarian haggis a few years later, I didn't like it either. So to my great shame as I do have some Scottish blood, I will stick with scotch, Scottish salmon and other Scottish things.
ReplyDeleteHaggis sounds like the sound you'd make if you had a furball coming up.
ReplyDeletePrince Phillip is one creepy looking dude.
how can you not love a people that puts them skirts on their guys.??
