poor trees.... I cry every time I see one being cut... and to make things worse some of the people in my house have a mania for cutting down trees.....
Happy Earth day!! Mother Earth is looking great in my area of the woods. My Robin Hood rose hedge is blooming like wildfire. My regular roses are going crazy. The morning glories are coming up. It's just crazy since we emptied the compost pile this past Saturday and spread it all over the flower beds.
I forgot it's Earth Day. Thanks for the reminder, Debra.
And you're too fast. Yesterday, I remembered hours after posting on my blog, that those darn "ducks" are Canadian Geese. You'd told me that before. I set out to edit my post when I got home, but too many people had already seen it. Oh, well. Ducks or geese - they've gotta be the rudest creatures --the only rude creatures-- from Canada.
Lol. These are all funny. And true. And i love oxygen a heck of a lot more than Wi Fi signal. Or those hideous cell phone towers that look like space aliens.
I know what you mean. I love symbolism and i do not believe in coincidences. So,i always think that whatever we see, listen, read come in contact with, comes to our lives for a reason!
The Earth will live on... not so sure about people though... plus all the species we are taking down with us. Stupid humans just can't let a good thing be.
Well having only found your blog tonight; I obviously missed Earth Day salutations. I do try my best to be as conscientious as I can, with my No Sacrifice products; making everything in Canada and the US and using eco friendly and non animal products.
i love the last one! happy earth day!

Happy Earth Day! To celebrate, a store near me is giving away a maple tree with any purchase in their garden department. Cool, huh?
