Never liked Halloween stuff as it scares me to death an do me not feeling like dying just yet. Anyway, friend D … Have fun if you must … smiles … Much love, cat.
It's always about the night: no vampire move ever had the vampire hunter entering the vampire's lair at noon, it is always just as the sun is going down. the Ol'Buzzard
I;ve always loved scary movies even as a little girl. The ones I saw almmost every Sat were Frankenstein, The Mummy, Dracula, Wolfman...and we would get so scared, we'd fall down in the floor behind the seats.... I still love scary movies and like your first photo, I am not so scared during the day, but....I don't watch many of them at night. What IS it about the dark that scares the pants off us???
Tame is good... I was in one of those fly-by-night Halloween stores a couple years ago and it was very gory.. This is my favorite time of year but that's because of the temperatures and the changing leaves.. Feels better than hot and sticky!! I am into comfort.. Enjoy your weekend
LOL- Reminds me of the person that wants printed on their tombstone- See? I told you I was sick! (maybe killed by a cucumber at the end of it al though). lol Hope you are doing well. Stay spook-safe! xo Diana
Worss to live by: if someone says a cucumber could kill them .....Believe!
ReplyDeleteThe second one I can relate to lol
ReplyDeleteDeath by cucumber no- pickles maybe.
ReplyDeleteLove the Bride of Frankenstein yell.
Death by chocolate...definitely.
ReplyDeleteTwitter is scary! I long for the days of imaginary horror! xo
ReplyDeleteDeath by cucumbers? After hearing all these years that vegetarians live longer?
ReplyDeleteYou're in it for the punkins, I surmise. So would I, if I were.
ReplyDeleteI like tame - gore just is not my thing.
ReplyDeleteIt is the BEST time of year!!!
ReplyDeleteIt nice to see adults embrace Halloween. Such a fun time for fivority and pranks.
ReplyDeletea pretzel stick could kill you too!
ReplyDeleteIt's the most wonderful time of the year.

ReplyDeleteJust like how Republican believe climate change ins't real in winter, but they're silent in summer.
ReplyDeleteI don’t know, leaches are creepy enough. Especially a jar of them.
ReplyDeleteThat looks just like our leeches urn!
ReplyDeleteWhat the heck was she doing to that Cucumber?
ReplyDeleteI love this time of year, creepy stuff especially :)
ReplyDeleteLol. I’d like to see the story about the cucumber death.
ReplyDeleteLeeches were used by the Egyptians many centuries ago, and now they are used once again in our hospitals today - what goes around, comes around again.
ReplyDeleteI started a Horror Story on Netflix today. At the first scary scene, i said, what am I doing? And turn the darn thing off.
ReplyDeleteThe fourth one looks a bit like my mother after she realises she’s run out and of gin.

It's a shame things only seem to go bump in the night. Who wants to work the 12 hr. night shift for eternity.
ReplyDeleteLeeches are being used again in medicine I understand ...
ReplyDeleteI read your matzo story. Nice one. Maybe they'll come back to haunt you.
I'm not really a fan of horror but am fascinated by the paranormal.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the Captain. Horror has to be clever for me to enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteTame? Corpses biting men in uniform? May the screaming gods protect us of your untamed horror posts!
ReplyDeleteIt is funny about the first one. Things are just creepier at night!
ReplyDeleteDid someone mention leeches?? I thought it was all about pumpkin soup and chocolate.....
ReplyDeleteThat is pretty funny, and I am a horror buff.
ReplyDeleteThis is almost tame enough to be my level of horror appreciation. I just don't like it!
ReplyDeleteLoved the beautiful leech jar, though.
Cucumbers? I love cucumbers! Oh no! LOL!
ReplyDeleteThe scariest one of all was the leeches. I am terrified of leeches and won't go near water suspected to have them.
ReplyDeleteleeches sound sooo creepy yukies
