OMG the toilet paper poker! LOL
I am not really bummed with the sheltering in place yet. I know I'm going to get antsy eventually but I really enjoy staying home.
I may start taking longer walks (hopefully I won't see anybody early in the morning) and I think I'm going to organize stuff around my place. God knows clothes and records need some loving care.

    XOXO

  2. Hello Debra, In Canada, aren't you snowed in for six months of the year, anyway? Loved today's batch. The poker one was clever. Is it just me, or do the knit cats seem even creepier than taxidermied ones?

  3. Haha, yes all those things you plan to do when you get the time. Poof 3 months later ... still not done, but gained a 20 pounds in weight.

  4. You find and share the best memes, Debra. Every time! Thanks for these. I'm about to forward the Knit Your Own Cat to a friend of mine. I know she follows you, but I really want a knit cat and she's got the talent!

  7. OMG - a few f these are so funny, and right on point. As an avid reader who carries books everywhere, I'm still reading AND watching movies on Netflix AND crafting, AND working on FootBALLism. I also can't leave out eating cheeseburgers.(lol) Sure hope you're staying safe, and sending lots of hugs your way. RO

  9. I am, at this moment, typing this whilst sitting in my pajamas and robe, and husband is on the couch in plaid pajama bottoms and hoodie. The "knit your own cat" book is indeed sad and funny. A friend of mine already sent me the wine tour one, as we have joked about doing our puzzles and drinking wine. These were great, Debra!! Thanks for hunting these down. -Jenn

  14. I created a "Quarantini" too, but mine's just a regular martini that you drink at home ... alone.

  15. Thanks for the suggestions. Can't decide whether I'd rather don antlers and go hunt elk or whether I'd rather knit my own cat.

  18. Sort the stamp collection, finish the dollhouse, makeover those two pieces of furniture in the garage, start thinking about the veg garden (potatoes, onions and turnips went in yesterday), finish those Halloween crafts (I got about 5 that I can think of), clean the garage, write blog posts, start the kale seeds, design new projects for the laser machine, do yoga, make pizza and stress over the state of the world - that's just todays to-do list. I guess I have never been more happy I have 12 hobbies.

  19. I think the Demon Duo might like their own knitted cat (except I don't knit). Cook! that's another thing to do. If I make anymore bread or sweets, my freezer will explode!

  28. I'm retired and a home-body so this is a cakewalk for me. In fact, I find that I am a little annoyed that there are so many people taking walks in the neighborhood All.Week.Long! I'm used to having the street all to myself during the work week. Lol. Still, I give a cheery wave to the neighbors when they pass my house. I'm not quite a curmudgeon...

Loved that first apocalypse outfit meme. Loved them all, really. You are doing a tremendous public service, Debra, keeping us laughing through the insanity. Cheers!

Being a knitter I have plenty to work on, maybe even reduce the stash a bit.
From all the cat fur I clean up in my house I could knit my own cat!
    Stay well.
