Scratchy beard and looking so rumpled is no draw for me either! After 2 marriages and being 79 now ... I don't care anymore! I have become jaded in my dotage!
I'm a 67 y. o. Marvel fangirl and I'm all-in for Chris Evans (and his brother Scott who will appear in the Barbie movie next year)! I do agree that the scruffy-face is no man's best look. He is intelligent and as humble as anyone with that kind of fame can be! When he recently attended his high school reunion, he dressed in a simple cardigan and his name tag said, simply, Chris. Hubba hubba!
Sings in bisexual "I get the best of booooth wooooorlds". This Marvel Chris is high on my cutie list, but Marvel has plenty of attractive folk of all genders suiting up for adventure.
@ Rosemary -- Alas, no, Chris Evans is not Canadian but American. He spent 10 years portraying Captain America in the Marvel Avenger movies. Plus he was in that well-received murder mystery about 3 years ago called "Knives Out."
My niece is deaf. She's learned to speak reasonably well, but voice modulation was never her strong point. She's a lovely middle aged woman now, and was a lovely blue eyed blond as a child. One summer on a family camping trip a ranger joined our campfire. Michelle probably was 13 or 14. He tried to introduce himself to Michelle, who turned to my sister "What did he say?" My sister relayed his half of the conversation. As only she could, Michelle said "Ugly! Too much hair! (He had a beard.) WIXCERS! "The poor fellow excused himself and retreated hastily.
Is that penguin waving at us or playing with that nipple? He's nice enough to look at, the man not the penguin, reminds me a little of Tom Ellis who played Lucifer, but a bit rougher around the edges.
Yeah he does nothing for me either. Next time, how about pictures of Cate Blanchett for the straight men and the lesbians among your readers? Y'know, just because.
Your sister likes them rough and ready, I guess. (I see he is completely shaved and tatt free in the last picture... but it took me a moment to notice that.) Lol E
@ Anonymous E -- That last photo is an old one from the first Captain America movie filmed about 12 years ago. Chris Evans did have tats then too but they are all covered over in makeup for the role.
No thanks. He looks kinda high maintenance. If i want to see something like that, i will watch the AKC dog championship show. No way could i feed something like this, i am barely just getting by myself.
He's got an ass that won't quit and a smile that could melt igloos in Alaska. I'd take him over Hemsworth and Momoa any day. (Hell, I'll take all three.)
I had never heard of him but rather pleased to make his acquaintance.
ReplyDeleteLOL Debra, I think he's kind of hot. ☺ Maybe it's that pouty pity party look on his face!
ReplyDeleteNice!! Your sister appreciates it, I'm sure!
ReplyDeleteSis is right, Captain America Chris Evans is ROWWWRRRRRRRR!
ReplyDeleteNice to look at, but can he hold an intelligent conversation?
ReplyDeleteNah, too self conscious. I like leaner, rangy types. But thanks for the gallery!

ReplyDeleteI always thought it was the pecs.
ReplyDeleteNah. Does nothing for me...there are much sexier men.
ReplyDeleteI am with you Deb - all I see is yucky scratchy stubble that will give me a rash.
ReplyDeleteI'm with your sister on this one.

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing!

ReplyDeletewow!! Even when u compile Chris Evans, you get the best together.
ReplyDeleteI prefer clean-shaven men, but Chris Evans as Captain America can defrost me anytime, LOL!
ReplyDeleteAs a vikingwoman I think he looks just like any regular guy…
ReplyDeleteI'm going to start working on getting a body like that. ... Next week.
ReplyDeleteYeah, he is not my fave either. I know your sister enjoyed it though. LOL
ReplyDeleteNever heard of him - is he a Canadian?

ReplyDeleteHe's cute but way too young.

Pretty face. Your sister has nice taste in men. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, he's yummy.
ReplyDeleteI'd climb that like a tree. Can't say I blame your sister....
XOXO
I would not throw him out of bed for eating crackers!!
ReplyDelete@ River -- Oh, I think that naughty penguin is teasing the nipple on that mighty pec!
ReplyDeleteWho is this Mr. Evans?
ReplyDelete@ Ur-spo -- He was pals with that black panther kittycat.
ReplyDeleteNice but I'm still a Sean Connery fan.
ReplyDeleteHe doesn't do much for me personally, but he is a very good looking guy!

ReplyDeleteHe is good looking no doubt but "looks"were never my thing.can't remember the name but have seen him in few Hollywood movies
ReplyDeleteI'd rather have Antonio Banderas
ReplyDeleteSome very deep and disturbing thoughts right there.
ReplyDeleteAs for the sexiest man alive. Meh
Oh yes, I'm with your sister:-)
ReplyDeleteI think my wife's favorite is Thor but she won't confirm
ReplyDeleteI do think he is a nice-looking man. Probably the type I would have gone for in the old days.
ReplyDeleteHe looks a bit full of himself to me. Never appealing.
