  5. When I get away with something that someone else did too but gets in trouble for it, and ask why I didn't, I should use the last meme!!!

  8. Hello Debra,

Well, we can identify with each and every one of these sayings.

Being different from the rest in whatever way is, we feel, becoming more and more difficult as we are constantly manoeuvred into compliance or uniformity. We always felt that what was a wonderful characteristic of the British was their eccentricity but this seems to have evaporated.

Bring back diversity, difference, being out of step or just be weird.

  10. This seems for me specially πŸ₯Ή
As they say “being yourself is hardest “ only because how you are treated by others afterwards, but it’s most liberating πŸ₯°

  15. 🌌✨️πŸ’« Thank you, Debra!! I am a sparkly piece of the universe who is too fab for negativity and I will take up all the awkward space I want!! πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘…πŸ’ƒ

  16. How did we survive before memes? They tickle me so much.

  17. P.S. "Too Fab For Your Negativity!" 😁😎 That would be a great political slogan for Democrats going into the midterms...if we are willing to live up to it!! 🀨 Happy Friday!! πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
[Of course, we might have to pay royalties because the t-shirts and stickers and buttons already exist. I also like the versions with a cat showing its butthole and the the skateboarding duck!]

  18. I have had way too much pink laundry. LOL

  19. ...always remember, normal is merely a setting on a washing machine.

  20. Diversity is a benefit to progress not a problem.

  21. I married a weird woman and wouldn't want her any other way.

  22. I love the idea that we are star stuff and that we will return to star stuff. In a way we get recycled over and over.

    ReplyDelete
  23. They’re all true. Especially that last one.
    Definitely something I’d say lol

  24. I'm weirding as much as I can today.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I love that last one. "Because I fucking sparkle. . . " but change the it to "I fucking sparkle because I'm🎡fabulous🎢."

  26. Beautiful! Especially the last one! πŸ˜ˆπŸ˜„

  27. Oh, God, I identify with all of these, including the ones feminine in nature (which is why, to a select group of people, I identify as a "he/they")

  28. Seriously laughed out loud about wearing pink. I have always been famous for doing things like that, or even worse, accidentally washing something new that's black with other clothes that come out of the wash gray.

  29. Here's to people who embrace who they are. I've been weird all my life. πŸ˜‚. Love the sparkle quote!

  30. Absolutely! Totally agree with the tiny buddha one!

  31. Laundry...it's one of the reasons I no longer do that chore. LOL.

    Sparkle - YES!

  32. This is why I forgo red t-shirts and buy the dark pink ones instead!

  33. Yes yes yes to attempting to make your inner weirdo kid happy.

  34. I'm so hyper-weird that just weird seems normal. LOL

  35. not everyone (my autistic husband for instance) gets my sparkle
or my offerings to the world
I didn't know he was autistic when we married, thought he was just so smart... oy vey... 32 years later my struggles make more sense
    thanks for listening LOL

  36. I embraced my true self some time ago and I often get complimented.

    ReplyDelete
  37. These are great. I agree with them.

  38. The pink πŸ’— laundry one made me laugh πŸ˜ƒ

    ReplyDelete
  39. Yeah being weird comes naturally to me. :) Yay to this post!

  40. I disagree about needing to be the weird woman in order to survive. If the dames want to survive they have to be quiet, obedient, and not question things - but who wants to 'survive'? WW (also Warrior Women) may go prematurely but they go the best route. Good for them!

  41. Growing up I was always told to "Be a good girl" and did as I was told. Now I'm an old lady I enjoy being not so good, quirky and sparklingπŸ˜„

  42. I want to be this woman - but sometimes I hold her in.

  43. I thought of you this past week. First, love the pink laundry. My Christmas jammies have a hint of pink because of this. But here's what I heard someone say recently and thought of you.

She said, and I quote: "Let's get one thing straight and two things gay."

I told Tim, I gotta tell Debra that. I've never heard that before (that I recall), and it's just so darn cute.

Let's get one thing straight and two things gay. Ha! Love it. Then she listed stuff that she wanted to get straight and gay. It was pretty good.

    2. Sure thing. As soon as she said it I though of you and if my email was working, would have emailed it to you. It's such a good line!
