"M’lord be it gay if I doth touch lance tips with Ser Gawain?"
Yeah! Some dragons or maybe a Foul Beast! . . . oh oh, nevermind.
Here's a brave knight fighting a modern Foul Beast . . .
may he (or she or they) have better luck!

The nonchalant one could be me. People have no idea how hard nonchalanting can be.
ReplyDeleteAll of them are cool, but the last one is the best!
ReplyDeleteI bet you worked many knights for this post... last one is my favourite LOL!
ReplyDelete...we all need thick skin these days!
ReplyDeleteThanks, I needed this today.
ReplyDeleteSomewhere in a Los Angeles Memorial Park, Dean Martin is still inebriated and laughing his remains off on that "armore" groaner.
ReplyDelete@ Milleson -- My job here is done.
DeleteAnd now you have to go see J Draper on YouTube trying on armor. No cats, but great stuff.
ReplyDeleteYes,why knight people if they don't get on with knighting work?
@ Boud -- Thanks, I'll check it out!
DeleteThanks for the laughs this morning:)
ReplyDeleteI chalant all the time.
ReplyDelete🤣😱 Thank you, Debra, for perfect laughs on this very unfunny day. You are scary prescient!
ReplyDeleteTrump just "Truth" Socialed that an "entire civilization will die tonight!" This insane man thinks he is Richard the Lionheart (actually, Trump doesn't know who that is) and his insane war chief thinks Christians are finally going to win the Crusades!! That's why Pete Kegstand wanted to get the "fatties" out of his armies...they don't fit into the armor!!
Open a book, Donald the Pussyheart!! The Christians lost!! The only once-great civilization you could kill tonight is the United States of America!! Turns out that big "conservative" plan for the US should have been titled "Project 1291" instead of 2025!! 🤬🤬
I had to do a google lens search to see if the medieval picture of the hugging horses was real and it indeed was. Is. The horses are supposed to represent their own clashing, supposedly. But it sure likes like they're hugging to me.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see Sir Elton joust with Sir Mick.
These are excellent! .... I forgot my coconuts LOLOLOLOLOLOL.
ReplyDeleteThat foul beast is just too cute.
ReplyDelete🥰
ReplyDeleteI really love ❤️ the cats 🐈 😻 🐈⬛️ No, pet me. LOL
ReplyDeleteOMG the coconut shells!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the Knight during No Kings!
Now, that kitty saying 'no, pet me!'. I died.
XOXO
Everyone of them made me smile, well done M'Lady. I love your page.
ReplyDeleteLoved all of these! Thanks for keeping our spirits up, D
ReplyDeleteWe all needed these laughs today, Debra.
ReplyDeleteKnights are still cool though, ha.
ReplyDeleteLotsa smiles and giggles today.
ReplyDeleteMedieval Knievel, that's so funny. I grew up watching the stunts he and his son did so this made me laugh.
ReplyDeleteSome days all I need is your wit. I’m usually chalant.
ReplyDeleteCela rappelle mes voyages aux tournois de joute du château d’Arundel, en Grande-Bretagne, du château de Brézé, en France et de la joute sarrasine d’Arezzo en Italie. Une telle splendeur :)
ReplyDeleteMonsieur Dupuis 🇨🇦
@ Anonymous (Monsieur Dupuis) -- Quel plaisir! Je vous envie.
DeleteI laughed at Medieval Knievel. Thanks for that.
ReplyDeleteI hope things are going smoothly for you, despite the worldly messiness.
@ Rawknrobyn -- "The horrors persist but so do I."
DeleteAlways fun.
ReplyDeleteAll the medieval imagery is appropriate since we seem to be heading to another Dark Ages
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, these are timely images, Debra.
ReplyDeleteI really liked the last one.
I love these. I, too, would ride to work if I had coconut shells.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
"couldn't find my coconut shells"! I almost choked while laughing 🤣😂 The others are all good too.
ReplyDeleteVery fun collection!! R
ReplyDeleteThe ones with the cats 😹
ReplyDeleteI love the armore and the horsey ones.
ReplyDeleteLove the hugging horses. And wonder if Duke Henry wore armor when he killed the dragon to save the lion.
ReplyDeleteLove the "No Kings" - to Knights. My Brother is a musketeer for one weekend each September.
lol even the cat got armor. What fun.
ReplyDeleteWe have two Timmies near by. One makes better food and the tables aren't too bad. The other makes worse food but the tables are much better. Both are nice to hang out for a good chat with a gf and a read. Though ours stopped making pretzel bagels. Boooo.
I hope the knight in the last photo has some success against the evil orange man he is going to fight. :)
ReplyDeleteThat knight saved a lot of travel money by attending a local event.
ReplyDeleteOnly you find hilarious things like these, Debra! 🌺❤️🌺
ReplyDeleteCheers to the valiant knights taking on corrupt kings
