Apparently he was told to tell people the image was 'doctored', and Red Cross Doctor popped out of his pudding brain. Same reason all the people who were seeking asylum in the US had to be 'released from the insane asylums' in their home country. This is EXHAUSTING....

it didn't occur to me that the patient might be Jeffrey Epstein. It makes me wonder if the whole thing was intentionally satirical, as well as intentionally anti-Trump, and the Administration just didn't recognize it as such when it came upon the image. It's happened before with things posted on Truth Social.
