Debra, I think everyone would like to be themselves, but often they put other things first and aren't; the further we drift from our true selves, the more unhappy we become! Have a great week!
During our last visit to California I discovered that Oldest Grandson was reading a Calvin and Hobbes book. He graciously let me read with him, and I re-remembered how good the strip was
I didn't realize that I had fallen behind so far! I can't be anyone but me, and Terry always says they broke the mold when they made me. 😂. Love the black cats and Adele one. Here's to us being us! 🥂
I'm not weird, either. But I am the most limited of editions, thank heavens.
ReplyDeleteI love these! Excellent!
ReplyDelete...is it OK to be a lot weirdo today?
ReplyDeleteIf they don't like what I do and say, they don't have to watch and listen.
ReplyDeleteHumans sure do like to advise others on how they should be, what they should do, and, well, everything else. I'm 72 years old. Please don't.
ReplyDeleteWonderful, Debra.
ReplyDeleteLove these!
ReplyDeleteI'm Limited Edition, too!
ReplyDeleteAnd will always make time for shenanigan's!
Yes, please judge me. I need to be sure acting on my judgements are not suitable for you.
ReplyDeleteI am weird and proud of it.
ReplyDeletecalvin and hobbs, love, love, love
ReplyDeleteDear Debra, the first one and the cats made me laugh the hardest!!! Thank you so much for sharing, dear friend. :)
ReplyDeleteFunny, my inner teen wants a medieval mace.
ReplyDeleteLoved the black cats
ReplyDeleteFab!
ReplyDeleteCalvin & Hobbes are the BEST!
ReplyDeleteEven when I was a child I had an inner child. Well, maybe an inner fetus.
ReplyDeleteExcellent! I try to channel Calvin. He and Hobbes can be the best therapy.

ReplyDeleteI'm not weird. Everyone else is, though.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the smiles, even a day late they still work. :)
ReplyDeleteHa, I hadn't thought before about the similarities between fab Adele and fun Calvin... I like that connection.
ReplyDeleteSo often people are judged and told to conform. I am me and no one else. I am happy that way.
ReplyDeleteThese are great!
Always be YOU, Debra!

ReplyDeleteAs I get older, I ger weirder.... or is it the other way around?
ReplyDeleteI am all for shenanigans
ReplyDeleteLove these! Recently I told my daughter that I'm old enough to not care if people judge me for wearing socks with sandals... they're my feet!
ReplyDeleteI didn't realize that I had fallen behind so far! I can't be anyone but me, and Terry always says they broke the mold when they made me. 😂. Love the black cats and Adele one. Here's to us being us! 🥂
ReplyDeleteI need to put each one of these on my personal profile somewhere, but the inner teen comes right on top
