Although Brokeback Mountain is set in Wyoming, the movie was in fact filmed here in Alberta around Calgary, Canmore and Kananaskis. So when you see that beautiful mountain scenery on the screen, think Canada!
You've made me want to see the movie again!
ReplyDeletebuahhhhhhahahahahahaah! I love taking a 2 1/2 hour movie and condensing it to 30 seconds. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteI think Heath would have highly approved along with Mr. Bugs Bunny himself who I suspect with Elmer Fudd had their own version of "Brokeback"

Ohhh those Bun-o-Visions!!!!!! >,-)
ReplyDeleteIf the original film is half as good as the bunny version, I need to see it!

I didn't know the film was shot in Canada! No wonder I couldn't figure out where it was shot in the US. The US has some fantastic nature, but those mountains were just too unbelievable to be true!
ReplyDeleteThat was a great movie, too, but I can't bring myself to watching it again - such a sad ending. Reminds me of an unrequited love I once had.
I have never watched the movie....
