Thanks, everyone, for participating in my June 2011 Translesbigayapalooza by reading these posts and leaving such great comments! I always enjoy reading your thoughts and opinions on GLBTQ issues. And I'm touched when you share your personal stories. It's been a great month of Pride! But we know that Pride really carries on all year long, so wave that flag and toss that rainbow glitter EVERYWHERE!
well said,,!
ReplyDeleteThis is great!
ReplyDeleteI agree, well said too.
ReplyDeleteThank YOU for providing thought provoking discussions, and generous doses of humor!
ReplyDeleteLike people always say at gatherings after weddings and funerals, "We really need to do this more often."
So yes! The flags continue to fly, and glitter is being flung!
I have thoroughly enjoyed your posts! And how wonderful the month came to an end with equal rights in New York?! Gives me hope.
ReplyDeleteYou rocked it this month and my hope is that not only did you have pride going on but also educated at the same time.....I think you did and that's wonderful. Oma Linda
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm glad that my state (NYS) did something wise, for a change, during this month. :-)
ReplyDeleteHugs,
~♥~

ReplyDeleteI'm totally gonna paint this town rainbow with sparkles now, you know. What a hoot that'd be!
It really was a great Pride month this year. The company I work for had a few gay pride events for employees. I am very fortunate to work in a place that is so inclusive of all orientations, cultures and beliefs.
ReplyDeleteHere's looking forward to next year!
We thank you for all the time put in while we enjoyed the camp pictures and even learned a thing or two! Happy Pride to your household honey!
ReplyDeleteGreat 'work' Debra!!!! Totally enjoyed this month with you. I say DEBRA for PM!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat I want to know is, how many letters will end up being in the "GLBTQ" acronym by this time next year....
ReplyDeleteI support the cause, but really think they ought to put the brakes on the number of letters there, before it simply includes the entire alphabet.
You said it ")! Nice this all makes sense. Nice post.
