What I did on holiday

I ate too much. I drank too much. I shopped too much. However, I did show some restraint when it came to sunning myself so did not get sunburned.

My Rare One and I drove on one-lane, sheer cliffside roads with no guard rails (yikes). We hiked around the 'Iao Valley and the Seven Sacred Pools as well. We went to the volcanic craters of Haleakala on Maui and Diamond Head on O'ahu. And in Honolulu, we had a free ukulele lesson!

One of my favourite things was visiting 5 labyrinth sites on Maui. I'll be blogging about them over the course of the winter so stay tuned. But here's a sneak peek of a labyrinth at Dragon's Teeth Point in Kapalua, complete with a beautiful rainbow!

  21. Unless you were smuggling drugs in your jumpers I demand to see a picture of the couple on vacation. Even if you just send it to my email addy. It's been long enough. We are on the same tribe and I have so few close tribesmates who I respect and enjoy their comments. I will be QUITE put out if this request is ignored.
