I get the distinct impression that you might need a quick loan or, you may be needing to put on those "hooker" shoes and find a street corner ... oh, my! Perhaps a Go Fund Me page will help! Money worries are no fun!
@ Marcia LaRue -- Worry not, my friend. I'm just being a poseur. All is well here. HRH brings in all the cash I need, although I'm careful not to look TOO closely at how she does it.
You're are a roll with these memes! As I pack books for donation I found a Listography books that I filled out in 2016 and 2017. One of the pages instructed to write favorite reading material, books, magazine, etc. "She Who Seeks" was listed! I've been enjoying your blog for awhile now! Love it!
I’m at an age now that even the hooker heals wouldn’t help me lol Although I really want to follow that cats financial advice. He’s got it sorted right lol
AHAHAHAHA! Your post reminds me of that old Monty Python ditty:
I've got ninety thousand Pounds in my pajamas, and forty thousand French Francs in my fridge. I've got lots of lovely Lira, now the Deutsche Mark's getting dearer, and my Dollar bills could buy the Brooklyn Bridge. Oh, there's nothing quite as wonderful as money, or as simply beautiful as cash. Some people think it's folly, but I'd rather have the lolly. With money, you can make a splash! ...Well, you can keep your Marxist ways, cuz it's only just a phase, For it's money, money, money makes the world go 'round...
Lack of money definitely buys unhappiness. I could never give up the security of an income to write full time, and I don't regret my choices. I would love a personal chef ~ lol! Take care!
...Debra, there's a lot of truth here!
ReplyDeleteLove that last one! The look is purr…fect!
ReplyDeleteSo good!
ReplyDeleteI love the dig at the Joneses and that last one!
I have one thing Bill Gates will never have, enough.
ReplyDeleteMoney can't buy happiness, but it definitely helps with rent and food!
ReplyDeleteMoney isn't everything, but it does make daily life easier!
ReplyDeleteI had a giggle at the $9.11 bank statement.

DeleteThanks, Debra ... I was a bit concerned! Where did you find hooker shoes for HRH? A cat with cash ... 😉
DeleteSo sad and so true. I’m glad that all those years ago I decided to hold onto the hooker heels.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly makes life a lot easier.
ReplyDeleteMoney can't buy happiness for the greedy. It's working just fine for me.
ReplyDeleteWithout $$ no food, no rent, no house...so yeah, it sure helps. I love the reference to the hooker heels though.
ReplyDeleteI have often been the employee of that last cat, but I would love to be the first cat...so wealthy it's got sunshine 'comin out its ass! 😎
