  5. Star Trek! I do love that show. If my gram was here she'd not be happy. Or any of my grandparents, really. That said, wishing you a fun week of art ahead. Really, really, loved your Adele.

  7. I've got mixed feelings about political cartoons and commentary of late; we all say "Yeah, I agree, how awful it is..." But is the choir getting any new members?

  8. It's so sad that everyone in this world has to witness a parent(the U.S.) who took care of the world and helped out when needed seem to fall apart like it's doing. I have a feeling it will get soooo much worse before it gets better. It makes me sad like I have no control of how to work to help fix things and make it better. I am very afraid for our country.

  12. All valid. All true. And to think there are people who still will fight tooth and nail to vindicate what el orange and his team of misogynistic megalomaniacs are doing.
I fear where this is all heading too

  15. With American democracy crumbling before our very eyes, Netanyahu and his right-wing government operating from the Nazi playbook, NATO fumbling and Europe re-arming, I feel like I've fallen through the looking glass... I hope Mark Carney and the Liberals win our federal election!!

  25. I used to wonder how the German people could have allowed Hitler's rise to power. Now I'm getting it. That quote about lacking empathy is one of the best quotes I've read in a long time. Thanks, Debra!
