Surprisingly, I do NOT have any
Captain America / Winter Soldier
glasses or mugs --
But I DO still have my
plastic Yogi Bear mug
from when I was a pre-schooler!
I hope all the paint I ingested off the rim
wasn't toxic. Consumer safety regulations
were SO lax in the early 1960s.
Oh, to still have that Yogi Bear mug. How cool. With or without toxins.
ReplyDeleteI dunno, Debra, that yogi bear mug might account for a lot!
ReplyDeleteI will say, the specimen glasses would be fun ...
ReplyDelete...I'd say that our cupboards have some rather boring things!!!
ReplyDeleteOh I love the Yogi mug! Though the cat paw glasses would be cool to have.
ReplyDeleteLOL at the specimen glass!
ReplyDeleteLove all the cat mugs.
No sense getting a Captain America mug while the Red Skull is in charge.
ReplyDeleteI would buy the specimen bottles. I have a mug from my childhood, fused glass with my name on it.
ReplyDeleteGod only know what we ingested back in the good old days!
ReplyDelete🤗 Whee! You triggered me into a Hanna- Barbera nostalgia tour! I admire your ability to still have a childhood mug! I would love to still have one, but I desperately need it to be sippy-cup version because I spill so much!! 😬
ReplyDeleteThis should be a throwdown. What do you have in your mug/glass cabinets. I think I'll post it on Tuesday. Could be interesting.
ReplyDeleteBTW, I actually did have a 6 glass set of coffee flasks that I found when I was a Biology Major in UT at Austin. I also had a large one liter flask as my coffee decanter. I loved that set.
ReplyDeleteOur mugs are pretty boring. But my favorite coffee mug is one I had made with a photo of our beloved dog Benni in a field of yellow black eyed Susans.
ReplyDeleteI love the chicken decanter and chicken leg wine glasses.
ReplyDeleteThese are great. I still have a small plastic cup that has kittens playing with little abc blocks (remember those). I love that cup. ~*~
ReplyDeleteOh now I need to do this kind of post. I have some funny mugs.
ReplyDeleteThese make my Fiesta mugs and IKEA cups look SO boring!
ReplyDeleteMy cupboard is pretty boring. Love the Yogi Bear cup.
ReplyDeleteI'm told there are mugs that say, "It's like a coup, but with morons." lol
ReplyDeleteThe mug looks like it went through the Blitz!
ReplyDeleteGreat mugs. All my cupboard holds are two hand made porcelain mugs.
ReplyDeleteI do like the cat feet shot glasses.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn’t worry about the yogi bear cup. We all walked on the wild side those days. We survived to tell the tail.
Making me wish I was well into my cups. The drumsticks need to be filled with a hearty red table wine.
ReplyDeleteYou make my Day... :))) How funny is this! I love it. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week.
Greetings by Heidrun
i need to invest in better glasses!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWe have to many cups! I can send some to you.
ReplyDeleteYou are giving me an idea to photograph mugs as a theme
ReplyDeleteThere is still a ton of lead in dishes.
ReplyDeleteI have a few great, if not perfect mugs.
ReplyDeleteThe yogi bear mug is PRICELESS. Yeah, let's just hope you've already rid yourself of all those toxins.
ReplyDeleteThe Yogi Bear mug is ace!
ReplyDeleteI have a few Gluewein mugs from German Christmas markets visited, like, thirty years ago. -Nicky Mosse mugs, too, are taking up space in the cupboards.
I love that you still have your Yogi Bear mug!
ReplyDeleteI had some lab vessels as drinking glasses for a time.
Now, where can I find those cat paw glasses...
