  5. Even raccoons know a dumpster when they see it.

  6. When raccoons identify your tesla as a garbage truck you have to salute their intelligence.

  7. Love the Tesla truck one, Debra.

  8. 🤣🦝🙀 Those last two absolutely! And the raccoons have taken only a few decades to complete the evolution that took housecats centuries to achieve!! 👏👍🫶

  9. Aside from rabies, razor-sharp claws and destructiveness, raccoons make great pets!

  10. Hi Debra. I still can't do much on line with my eye but wanted to stop in and wish you the best 2026.

  13. We don’t have raccoons here. I think they already look adorable. But as I don’t have to deal with them creating chaos I might be seeing them with rose tinted glasses

  14. I wonder if a pet raccoon could calm my cat down at 3 a.m.?

  15. My one cat was on the porch when a raccoon showed up. Every.hair on that cat's body was on end because he felt so threatened. Didn't faze the raccoon none. It just took its time looking around and then left.

    1. @ Kirk -- The raccoon probably took it as a compliment.

  16. I've never seen a raccoon in person, sigh. I guess I should be careful what I wish for, eh?

  17. If I see any raccoons around here I'm calling Wildlife Control, and Border Patrol, because this is Australia and they shouldn't be here!

  18. I wouldn't mind a pet raccoon, they look fun. I loved everything you posted here.

  19. They are so cute. One day long ago when the world was flat, I got to pet baby ones because the mom was gone and the people who found the babies took them in for a bit (not sure if they got put out into the wild after or not). I got to pet the babies and they were wild little hyper balls of energy. Very cute. Very nuts.

Did you ever see that advert where the lady doesn't have her glasses and lets a racoon in through the sliding doors thinking it's her pet? Too funny.

    1. @ The Happy Whisk -- Yes, I've seen that ad. It's very funny but hits a bit too close to home for those of us with less than stellar eyesight, lol. How cool that you got to pet and interact with baby raccoons! That's probably when they are safest.

  24. Danger Cats! They will rip your house to shreds! Great memes, loved the one from Jonathan Edward Durham exhorting his cats to up their game. Lol

  25. We don't have raccoons here, there are a lot of squirrels but they stay in the parks and woods. But even the squirrels are transatlantic imports that came over and drove our red ones out.
