LOL, it shall be a little scattered of a solstice as my daughter is sick and she is a rather poor patient. But I'm up now before the sun has risen, and I plan to have a cup of tea to salute the rising sun - while I make another cup of tea for my daughter. A good Yuletide to you!

I just like the term, 'Winter Solstice'. It makes me feel all Druid, or something. Love the rabbits! -Jenn

Blah.... I don't feel pagan... yaaay one for facts! Fact, no goddess is dancing around naked making the days longer, the earth's northern tilt is starting to face the sun! However if anyone wants to dance around naked, better do it indoors. ;)

Hello Debra, I was forgetting that this was the solstice, but did notice an unusually beautiful sunset tonight. I tried to take a photo, but before I figured out the right camera settings, the magic was gone!

Yes, let's celebrate the light in one another and momentarily forget those who try to take us into darkness!

I hope I'm never intolerant of other faiths or beliefs. Except possibly for those aligning to the Klingon religion ...

And what a great model you make! Cool t-shirt.
