If you've got a few minutes during this hectic holiday time and want some cute laffs, watch this fun little video! While several small kids retell the Christmas story in their own inimitable way, adults act it out, lip-syncing the kids' retelling as they do so. And I gotta tell ya -- they have AWESOME lip-syncing skills that rival the best DRAG QUEENS! And you know that's saying a LOT.
So ENJOY and MERRY CHRISTMAS to all of you who celebrate!
Oh, that's funny! Thanks for sharing. If you like that, try watching a series of videos called Kid Snippets. One in particular is called math class. Very funny as well. -Jenn
That was SO cute!! The screaming goat, shepards washing their sheep, King Harold? That huge biker angel made me just lose it. I was laughing so hard listening to him with that child's voice. BWAAAHAHAAhahahahaaahahahaaaaaa! I think I tinkled myself. Merry Christmas, Blessed Yule Y'all.
You manage to find the best Youtube videos. This is now my new favorite Xmas "film". I'm particularly impressed with the actors' abilities to mouth all the stutter soundbites. Oh, and the washing of the sheep. Hilarious! Thank you. Merry all of it, Debra.
Professor Chaos wished me a Merry Canadian Christmas yesterday. Clearly, your Great White Northern ways are rubbing off on me. Either he briefly mixed up the two of us, or better yet, he's psychic and predicting my future move to the wilds of Canada. Here's to a better world in 2019.
I loved this, Debra, truly I did. Thanks for sharing it. I see that most of the folks who commented here only think it is funny but I loved the children's voices telling the story of Christmas in their own unique way. And the music from "Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown" was a nice touch. I love that music by the way! Happy Boxing Day!
O, sweet Jesus! That is adorable but just a bit creepy hearing the early brainwashing (he died for our sins)... OK... OK... Merry Christmas... to everyone. Even Caesar E. Gustus in Beth-leh-ham.
Me again. I didn't have time to watch the video when I made my first comment (but wanted to wish you a merry Christmas anyway.) I found the time now, and it's hilarious. For better or worse, these kids have a good grasp of the story.
When they brought up King Herod's name, I thought, oh, no, here comes The Massacre of the Innocents, but that might have been a bit too rough on the kids (if you're unfamiliar with the Massacre, Herod puts a hit out on all the boys two years or younger in the vicinity of Bethlehem, thinking that will nip this newborn King of Israel upstart right in the bud, but Jesus, if no one else, gets away. The story is told in only one gospel of the Bible, and there's an utter lack of corroborating historical evidence that such a ghastly event ever took place.)

Ok, it's funny and the kids are cute and the actors did a great job. But, oh, those poor misguided children! (Can I say that?)
