Humor aside, there are days when it is depressing when the things you enjoyed most become a source of agony (gardening, hiking, even cooking). I really don't want to take up knitting.
It's sad that my mind still feels like I'm 16 and wants to do stuff but my body says you wish and makes loud creaking crackling noises when I get up from a couch. I love that Gray Pride.
all made me laugh even more when i replaced most of the victims with myself ah the old age is incurable loved the comparison list most ,so true everything yea

Midcentury modern. I like that idea now more than I did when it actually was midcentury modern.
Who would have imagined we would have lived this long, and how did it happen so fast.
I don't get the "How I feel when I talk about the 1970's" one. --Jim
I will now be referring to myself as Midcentury Modern.
It has a nice ring to it, though Gray Pride ...
Omg!!!!! The 1979 vs 2023 chart!!!! Had me howling!!!!!!!!!!
You young kids in your 60s and70s talking about being old! Get off my lawn!

Mid-century modern!
All of these are just too damn true!!! Another one about the floor. Never go down on the floor without a plan to get back up.
I wish I couldn't relate, but... at least the company is awesome!
These are so cute. Who doesn't appreciate a nice handrail?

Thanks for the A.M. smiles!
Mid century modern here!
hahah.. these were all great.
I wish I was born in 2000, I feel 60 thinking about the years in context now
ha ha ha ha ha!!
This is so relatable that Im pretty sure you posted it all for me!
How sad is that
Hahahaha
The Disco/Costco one? I cackled.
Also, Mid-Century Modern actually sounds fab.
XOXO
getting ready for another goddamn thanksgiving! i am too old and too tired to comment.
Wait--there are only 45 years between those two lists.
I don't mind the term of senior but the word old. I relate to old cranky people.
Coffee is on.
A little too relatable. Sigh, haha.
Love the t-shirt and the comparison list.
'Born in the 1900's'... yep, me and Jessica Fletcher!
These were funny and all too appropriate, lol.
Cheers,
E
Thank you for the wonderful laughs. The cartwheel one is perfect. Have a great day today.
They were great..Sad but true..depressing actually..the 1978 and 2023 comparison hit home...must be my present state of mind..Happy turkey day!!
I'm guessing you are young lol. The pic is from "little house on the prairie" TV show. Peace.
I'm at mid century modern!
I sure do.
Yeah give up on the BMW and just go for a good BM.
Relating to these gave good laughs so that improves my health a bit.
I'm in my fourties. Do these apply to me?
@ Guillaume -- No, my child, they do not. But wait about 20 years!
It's weird getting old. My body feels old but I don't know how many years passed so quickly:) Thanks for the laugh this morning.
oh this is so very relatable for me either lol

GRUNTING NOISES! Going to have to show Boy Scout that one. Never heard anyone make such noise simply getting off a sofa.
You know I can relate - I used to regard Snap, Krackle and Pop as characters but now they are my joints.
Yes I can relate. Thanks for sharing.
I love the 1978 2023 comparison. Well, I love lots of them.
at least we can complain
Glad there still is (mostly) a funny side!
Those were all pretty freaking good!
If I drop something on the floor, I have to seriously think about whether I need it or not. The hand rail one is sure me.
