I wonder whatever happened to Catharine Cudney. Happy International Women’s Day to an international woman I admire.

Yay! Go us. Remember how good it was when we were all masked, and nobody was telling us to smile? And we could pull any face behind the mask..

I get so tired of entitled men who take up so much room in the world, and the worst, is that they have no idea they are entitled, they think they're hard done by!

You could really tell during Sphincter Face's speech that Imane Khelif is still living rent-free in his otherwise empty brain! Of course, he's wrong about her gender, but he was also wrong about womens' sports in general! He was wrong about the "man posing as a woman" who beat women by more than 5 hours in a long-distance race for women. According to that winning "man" it is an 800-mile co-ed endurance event that has been won by both men and women.*
Everyone can feel bad for the volleyball injury suffered by Payton McNabb and also recognize that, during any other volleyball game, a woman could also have caused her injury. They call them kill shots for a reason and the shot is supposed to be as hard and unreturnable as possible. But, Sphincter has never, to my knowledge, argued that all young people should be more protected from sports injuries. And I know that he doesn't argue that womens' sports need more support from all of us in interest and pay equity. Most of the time, when giving any attention to women in sport it is only for a photo op or to mock a top athlete like Megan Rapinoe or to score political points off of McNabb's injury. 🤬
Go, women, in sports and everywhere else!! You deserve attention and accolades all the time!! 🥇🏆🥳

Add International Women's Day back to your calendars - the weak little tech bros deleted it. They are afraid of us, and they SHOULD BE! My rage increases daily.
Thank you for the post, Debra.

Happy International Women's Day to all of us because we should all say thanks. Also: isn't Melanie Joly absolutely kicking ass right now?

Thank you, Debra. When men told me to smile, I made my face as grim and menacing as possible and said, I am smiling.

Love,
Janie

Dear she who seeks. I think it is time to start making our Baba Marta and Saint Patrick day ceremony and observance. I think we need an altar.
A few years ago, you sent me some moccasins. I am keeping them safe.
I have not been able to keep up with all these changes.
But because i am a moccasin keeper, thank you. Your perspective has saved my life. Thank you.

@ Richard -- Good to hear from you again! I've been worried by your long absence from commenting, and was wondering how you were doing. I hope life is treating you well.

Powerful and very inspiring dear Debra !

What I love most about the Quran is that it reveals that there was ,is and will be only a religion in the world since the world has been created, and this is religion of God , goodness, love and humanity, everything that makes the world a better place. So no matter how many name this religion was given by different prophets in nations it stays the same. Religion of righteousness and nothing else.
Though I agree that It can take far longer time for Islam to reach at point where Christianity stands today, Suffering of christian women ended a century ago but muslim women have to go long way until now.

Happy woman’s day my wonderful and talented friend 🥰🤗👌♥️
