I’m not groaning. I’m laughing. Well, maybe a couple of groans. I was going to tell you my favorite, but then my favorite became my 10 favorites. (But, The Weekend and Wednesday... and Ewe... and 2-D cowboys...)
I admit - I totally missed the accordian/according one. Which brings up a questions if that's how some laws are passed - 90% read it as what they think it says vs what it really says.
@ JustGail -- Yes, statutory interpretation is a tricky thing that keeps lawyers employed. When I was being trained as a legislative drafter, we learned this old British ditty about the subject --
"I'm a parliamentary draftsman, I write the country's laws. And of half the litigation, I'm undoubtedly the cause."
I never bought it, but Rolling Stone magazine used to advertise in its classified section a Pink Floyd T-shirt. It was a pink shirt with a picture of Floyd the Barber from The Andy Griffith Show.

I don't know which bought on the loudest groan, but Pink Freud was in the running.
Those hurt.
In a good way.

I laughed in between the groans! :D

Ewe so punny!
What a great post. I really enjoyed these.
I'm sending Tea, Caroline to my 18 yo granddaughter named Caroline. Will she get it?
Hilarious, especially the dog “stuck in the middle with ewe.”

Canonically, you cannot ever have 'just one tribble'...tribbles, as near as McCoy could tell, were born pregnant...
Pink Freud and 2D cowboys are my votes for worst(best) ones...
