Fabulous wolf sketching.
Happy Friday.
Much💜love
The wolf looks pretty sanguine to me. But it is not a doggy! Don't be lupophobic!
Wow, very well done!
He looks so friendly.
The other day I saw different expressions on TV (esp East Germany has by now too many wolves...)
Nice!
I'm forever jealous of artists, btw.
XOXO
He/she looks kind 😍 Well drawn 👏
Happy weekend 🍓
This one's really great, Debra, very menacing!

All those tiny lines! Really terrific work!
Great job, Debra. Love ita,

Love your drawing very much, Debra. Have a great weekend, Hugs, Valerie

Hello Debra, Now no cat, including HRH, is ever going to feel welcome in your home again!

In Alaska they kill the wolves to protect the moose so they can kill the moose.
I have always seen wolves as the icon of true wilderness.
the Ol'Buzzard

That is gorgeous! Beautiful work!
Ohhhh...... Nice doggy indeed. You are such an accomplished artist. This is stunning. Thank you for sharing with FFO and have a lovely weekend.
No worries. That beautiful wolf will settle on a bed of straw and be your fried.
You drew a picture of our doggy.

Ours looks exactly like the "black and tan".
Shiba Inu's are more closely related to wolfs than any other dog breed.
@ Mike -- So cool! Thanks for letting me know!
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Formidable.
I'm impressed.
He is magnificent
Or is it a she?
Either way. Beautiful work.
That is a stunning portrait!
Now if you do a elephant I may have to pay you for it!!!!! I would buy it!!! The wolf is lovely though too Debs.
Lovely puppy dog.
I been creative also.
Coffee is on and stay safe.
That wolf has wolf eyes. He looks intent.
Oh wow! This is really an amazing drawing. And wolves are definitely something special. Have a wonderful weekend. hugs-Erika
This is drop dead gorgeous, Debra. You draw SO WELL. BTW, congrats on being the artist of the week.
Good sketch -- I've had Timber wolves stare exactly like that at me!
I agree with Ol'Buzzard too: wolves are a much maligned species and have suffered horribly in North America because of myths perpetuated by European folklore and Hollywood. Contrary to popular belief, wolves don't attack humans (I've only known of one to have lunged at a guy in a garbage dump who was carrying sandwiches in his backpack). Coyotes, cougars and mountain lions are the predators to worry about when in the great outdoors.
Timber wolves are shy, wary creatures that might track you in the bush, but you won't see one unless it wants you to. And an Arctic wolf once saved my life by coming between me and a polar bear, so I have nothing but respect for wolves!
Wow!
Nice that he/she is not showing any teeth.
He is BEAUTIFUL!!
Your drawing of the wolf is lovely. I too have always loved painting and drawing, mainly tigers and portraits.
@ Tundra Bunny -- Wow! Saved from a polar bear by a wolf! What a day that must have been, yowza!
Fantastic wolf sketch ~ Wow!
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

That wolf is thinking interesting thoughts. Look at that expression!
This is a gorgeous wolf! How very beautiful.
That wolf....so realistic it seemed I could touch real fur. You are an expert with that pen and ink. Also I scrolled a little and read some of those signs. LOL that schoolbus!!!
You have captured the intensity in his eyes and I am guessing that is why you suddenly feel like a little Pig in a Straw house. I would take a few steps back if I were you 😁
Andrea @ From the Sol
Someone needs to draw you a brick house.
It is not my job. Usually,as an old male primate, I avoid these alpha wolves. I always felt like an Orangutan, but I never thought it would come to this.
I've concluded Tundra Bunny needs a blog, so we can hear more of these very cool and interesting stories!!!!! I would love to see a polar Bear and wolves....from a safe distance of course.
Lovely drawing as per usual Debra - but don't be taken in by his friendly appearance.
Excellent drawing!
His face is much too kindly! Or is it a trap to lure you in before he pounces?
Wow! Deb, this is a lovely piece of art. The wolf looks as though he could be a Friend Or Foe, depending on his mood.
That is a fabulous wolf drawing.
Wow, this is fabulous! I love all the details.
Beautiful creature!
your skills of painting are Breathtaking dear Debra !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Loved this one too
hats off to you my wonderful talented friend!

I love this. You are a brilliant artist.
Nice wolf 🐺
His expression looks like he's planning something.
