The Wheel has turned once more and Harvest Time has arrived.
Bring out your warmest scarf!
And your striped stockings too.
Who's that coming up the lane in the moonlight?
And when did those unusual kids move into the neighbourhood?
Is that someone knocking at your door?
Best to lay low and stay safe, my friends.

I love that skeleton hand jewelry and the beware sign. We’re getting dressed up this Halloween. Haven’t figured out yet as what!
I, too, love the Beware sign ... tis the season!
Seems still like summer here so hard to think about autumn harvest. Haven’t seen our garden in almost 5 weeks so looking forward to lots of tomatoes and veggies. Another few weeks should change to autumn weather. Our little town is planning a Halloween bash for the kids.
My favorite month, my favorite time of the year. Love it.
the last one must be Hilary's house.... All my socks are stripped!
Quite a circle on colors

Love your memes! Love October!
I love October. Not too cold, though maybe first snow. Warmer days, cold nights.
The best thing about fall is Halloween and Thanksgiving....my two favorite holidays.
Something wicked this way comes... and I love it.
the Ol'Buzzard
I can’t decide if the skeleton hand freaks me out or I love it.
Happy October, Debra!

Thank the Goddess it's finally October. I thought it would never get here.
I might leave the stocking up with sweets for later, just in case! Sharing the apartment with bags of chocolate might be too tempting ...
Looks like whipped cream harvest up there. Count me in.
I like the last two pics. Maybe the silver bones on that hand are the reasons to beware.
Such a great time of year! There is so much to love about it.
Hey, black pussy cat, gimme my scarf back!
Happy October, Debra.
I look forward to your and HRH's spooky shenanigans.
Scarves? Stockings? I probably won't be able to take a break from the air conditioning for another month.
Love,
Janie
Yeh October!!! We have to enjoy everyday! It goes by so fast! I love the black cat and his scarf! Big Hugs Debra!
I love Blackberries but any kind will do in a pinch. Halloween feels like fun this year. I've ordered my Kavanaugh the Virgin hate mask for Halloween!

Yup. Just beware if you know what's good for you!
I am glad the memorial and everything is behind you. I wish I could give you a big hug..I remember how I felt when I lost my mom and then my daddy.
Love this cute post...and the Beware sign...I gotta find one of those...too cute.
Good to have you back, friend D … Love, cat.
Yeah beware of everything, especially stripy stockings.
Darn! I am just not getting your blogs on my email for some reason.. cute stockings. Welcome back! I hope things went well in Manitoba. Enjoy the rest of your week
Autumn is my favorite season, eave if I have to be ... just aware. I liked the image of the blackberries in their various stages of development, and is that a carefully roasted marshmallow in the middle of the wheel? Anyway, I finally saw some English hedgerows up close on a hike near the Seven Sisters; they were jam-packed with blackberries. I plan to post some photos as some point. Have a good one!
Beware! Great times ahead with the beginning of the holidays - enjoy every minute.
Happy countdown to Halloween!
