the 1987 March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights.
Because October 11 is National Coming Out Day,
it is one of the reasons that the entire month

This made me smile, I needed that.
I didn't know this day existed. But one thing I have to say is it drives me crazy when Gen z and millennials refer to age groups as an overarching labels. My daughter does it...but maybe it's better than some of the other labels people use.

Philly generally has a huge Outfest every year to a dare say revival Pride. It's a very popular event. I just hope the rains didn't muddle it up.
I didn't know. For me October is Halloween month.
@ Guillaume -- October is big enough to celebrate or mark many other things too, like Breast Cancer Awareness Month, National Coming Out Day,, Canadian Thansgiving, and LGBTQ History Month, to mention only a few.
