Messiah Flash Mob

Continuing on with my celebration of Handel's Messiah, this week I'm going to feature three very different versions of the Hallelujah Chorus. Here's the first one:

Wouldn't you love to have been part of this? I would!

This 2010 video is the most viewed flash mob video of all time -- it has received almost 40 million views.

As soon as I saw your title of this post, I was going to say that I would LOVE to be in a flash mob like this and I bet that YOU would to. Then, I read your post here...and I was right!
You know that I am one of those MILLIONS who have seen this already, right? ;-)

I adore Handel's Messiah and this was such a gift. OK, so maybe there is a reason for leaving the house every now and then. Beautiful, thank you Debra!

That was beautiful! I would have loved to have been there and the joy and delight on people's faces showed they also appreciated the beauty of the Messiah.

That is awesome! I wonder how many people planned that and how many just joined in?

I get goosebumps every time I hear that song! The WSO is doing the Messiah this weekend and we thought we'd take it in, but at $83 a ticket times 3, um, no, not this year!

This is lovely. The people involved have incredible voices. (As a vocalist, this is one of the really fun songs to sing.)

What a nice gift to a bunch of worn out shoppers. I would bet they were all rejuvenated after this performance!

Hey, by co-incidence I have to go to Welland this afternoon. Maybe I'll drop into the Mall and see if they are going to repeat this wonderful experience!!!
