Remember, candles always create a LOVELY ambience for any room.
And don't be a RECLUSE! Invite a few people over for a get-together.

But avoid playing MEAN JOKES on others . . . oh, who the hell am I kidding, LOL?
The scariest monsters are the ones you never even SUSPECT.
Now listen up, everyone, DON'T OVERDO the partying. You don't want to get carried away like THIS poor sap.
If you DO overindulge, though, just check into that NICE HOTEL down the street, spend the night there and sleep it off.
Have a nice brekkie in the morning and you'll feel MUCH better afterwards.

That haunted French pancake sign is gold. I never really get into much holiday spirit, no matter the holiday, but I do still enjoy halloween. I think I'll enjoy it more when I either A) have kids, or B) have friends.
We dont celebrate Halloween here but its cool to scare people. I am a tad scary myself, and scare lots of people.

We actually put up a Halloween tree, with eyeball ornaments and a skull at the top, because tis the season... to be creepy.

There have been some of those creepy clowns running around here - I think that I will draw the shutters, bolt the door, and sit around a cosy fire instead.
I put out a pumpkin and my fun spider web bowl (full of candy I like - used to get candy I don't like, but since the kids around me have grown up, somebody has to eat it.) :)
I'll be cuttin my Jacks and handing out candy, that's about it but it'll be fun.
Very good suggestions. The clown head might get you in trouble here as the local clown "intolerance" is at a all time high.

ha! Halloween is a big affair in our house - the girl's favorite holiday. We used to do the front yard in a graveyard with fun tombstones with epitaphs that the girls wrote.
