Halloween Costumes Parade

Inventiveness is the name of the game
for a good Halloween costume, not money!

Satire makes for a good costume too!

Here's some great kids' costumes!

And a couple more with a "family assist" --

Pet costumes can be pretty damn cute too!

I saved the best for last, LOL!

The last one is priceless. Makes me want a small day...oh, right! I’d have a dog for the full year, after year. On second thought, the grand-dog is perfect.

The dog will get even with someone for that.

the RBG costume is the best!

Always good to check in to She Who Seeks before getting into all of the political news of the day. I really like recycling milk jugs.

Those are all good, but the Karen cat slays!

That last gif cracked me up. :D

The skydiving kid! Brilliant!

Ohhhhhhhh the poor pets!!!!!!!!!!

I have often joked about putting a costume on my cat, even though I know she won't like it, or even keep it on. Or even let me put it on to begin with.

RBG Is sooooo cute!! The fart and the paratrooper are such cute ideas.
The ingenious one is the glass of milk and the Ewok was cute. Thanks for brightening my day, darlin.

These are hysterically funny! I like the kid who dressed up as a fart, that's really original and the pets all cracked me up!

In the first picture, the teeth are creepy.

You'll see the RBG kid tomorrow on my blog.

I think the fart costume is the best! I can just imagine what sound that horn makes.

O.K., are we just going to ignore why that parent has a sky print gimp suit?

The time you invest in finding these, totally worth it. Thank you.
That precious little RBG almost makes me cry.

your post just made me laugh so much! I like your mask - it's ridiculous and fun :) also love that kid dressed as a fart and that last one - brilliant.

The kid's use of toilet paper rolls is genius and the costumed cats are adorable (as usual), but the dog clip is the funniest thing I've seen in a while! Thanks for the LOLs this morning, Debra!

Hi Debra, All adorable! If tiny children can be forced to wear costumes, why not pets?

I still can't figure out the last one!
People put so much effort into their costumes. Loved the Isaac Newton, and the first one. that's more like my level of effort.

I wore a halo and went as a holy shit.

That dog at the end is such a cutie.

Joanne Noragon said...

The last two for best.

I love the little RBG. Maybe that girl will be on the Supreme Court someday, if we ever get rid of a certain someone's three picks. Amy Coney Barrett will probably be there forever, fucking up the world as a lasting legacy from Trump.

Love,
Janie

A fart - a good fart

Old Lurker said...

And what is Ms She Who Seeks's costume this year?

Debra She Who Seeks said...

@ Old Lurker -- My costume will just be jeans and a t-shirt like every other day of the year. No Halloween parties to dress up for this year, alas. And My Rare One is not handing out candy this year, so I can't even wear a witch's hat for that.

❤️ and that's for sure. c.

Sir Isaac Newton was my favorite.

Absolutely love the Kitty Karen and the doggo.

Personally, the ones I like to see is when the parents get the little ones to be spitting images of Chucky, because they 1} scare me the most and 2} help create original quips.

Martha said...

Oh, that last one! LOL And the cat as a glass of milk. HAHAHA!

HaHaHa..Love the fart and the glass of milk...Have a Happy Halloween..Stay out of trouble!!

OMG ~ These are wonderful, Debra! The little RBG one pulled at my heartstrings. I so love creativity! It took me a moment to get the fly one ~ That was the best part of Pence's debate. And the teddybear! I loved each and every one!

A couple of my co-workers dressed as Schitt's Creek characters for the office Zoom Halloween party. They stayed in character the whole time!

pam nash said...

So many cute costume ideas out there tho I'm pretty sure the Demon Duo would have no part of a costume in any fashion.

Suz said...

OMG the toilet paper hair, the fart and the funny pup-LOVE!!

Jenn said...

I NEED friends to dress up with me as the Rose family from Schitts Creek!
