WARNING -- BEES AHEAD!

Now that Spring is officially here,
can bees be far behind?

What the hell are THESE kind of bees?

Here's a beautiful arty bee.

Wise advice -- heed it!

Same-sex bee love,
if I'm not mistaken.

And always remember
to keep the bees informed.
They love to know ALL the gossip!

LOVE IT!!!! The bee keeper sign!!!!

I actually just saw a whole special, Nature I think it was... on PBS about bees, where scientist put bees in different situations in glass box set ups and every time the bees figured out a way to move something or figure out a solution to the issue, proving that bees are more intelligent than humans thought The show also showcases over 60 species of bees, highlighting their behaviors, interactions, and the unique personalities of these insects. Viewers can witness fascinating moments, such as bees laying eggs, territorial disputes, and the intricate building of nests. It was an excellent special.

Bees, I love them. Remember when we used to say "mind your own beeswax"?

@ Kay G. -- Yes, I do remember when we used to say that! What an odd saying, eh?

When my grandfather died, my grandmother insisted that my father go inform the bees. He thought it was silly, and had me sit it the truck and wait, he even turned the radio up loud.

@ Travel -- As the Good Doctor says, "A TESTIMONY!" That's so funny, but your father still did it, didn't he! Your grandparents ran a honey farm, didn't they -- your grandma didn't want to alienate the source of family income. Smart woman.
