Thursday Art Date With Rain -- "Boots"

Rain Frances has a fabulous new website found here called

Rain Frances Creations: Food, Art, Home and Garden

so please be sure to go check it out!

To fulfill Rain's art prompt today,

I don't really have anything portraying

boots

but I do have one graphite drawing of

running shoes

which I figure, what the hell, is close enough.

They're not even really the focal point

of this drawing -- I think that honour goes to

the woman's generously proportioned rear end.

What can I say?

"I like big butts and I cannot lie," LOL!

The Age-Old Question

Promote Women's Equality!

Let's All Knit and Crochet!

Pretty sure these next 3 oversized cats

are AI generated or photoshopped,

but they're still fun to look at!

How about knitting a sweater

featuring a classic meme like

"This Is Fine" --

A bold fashion statement, LOL!

Needless to Say, HRH Approves

And who or what (besides AI)

has created these works of

pure architectural genius?

In future posts, would you like

to go inside for a tour?

Just knock on the front door!

And wipe your feet/paws before entering!

Friday Face OFF -- Thrush

For this week's Friday Face OFF link party

of art featuring faces, hosted by Nicole of

DVArtist, Art, Food, Gardening blog . . .

Here is a thrush, specifically

a Townsend's Solitaire,

which I did in pen and ink

with an ink wash background --

I always love the bright, round eyes of birds!

I'm not a birder, but I know

many of you out there

enjoy seeing, identifying,

and photographing birds.

What is your favourite thing about that pastime?
