Cats Against Coronavirus

Hello, dear FANS and SYCOPHANTS.

HER ROYAL HIGHNESS THE CAT
here once again, speaking to you
on behalf of CATS EVERYWHERE
at this time of NATIONAL EMERGENCY.

We cats HATE the coronavirus
because it means our HUMANS are
ALL AT HOME now 24/7.

You are driving us NUTS!

OMG, the PETTING!
The ENDLESS petting!

And get THIS straight, humans!

YOU are OUR servants.

NOT VICE VERSA!

Now, while WE CATS are, of course,
all SAINTS by nature . . .

. . . this INTOLERABLE situation
could DRIVE US to SIN!!!!

I hate to be BLUNT, but . . .

It's US OR YOU, HUMANS!

ONE OF US MUST GO!

Although . . . on reflection, should we cats
perhaps strive to ADJUST our PERSPECTIVE
somehow in order to take a more
POSITIVE VIEW of the situation?

Hmmmm.

Okay, then, you can STAY here
SAFE with us, humans.

But on ONE CONDITION . . . .

Your PERSONAL HYGIENE is TERRIBLE, humans.

SHAPE UP!

Who knew cats had it figured out all along?

Hahaha
I needed that laugh. The black kitty with the knives? Priceless.
My friends who are pet parents are all posting that their dogs and cats do look at them like '.. and when are YOU going back to work?'

LOL

XOXO

Cats are so rude... and murderous too...

Oh my Deb, I didn't just giggle but literally laughed at some of these. So funny! I adore cats, which by now, you may already know.

Thanks for the laughs, girl! I appreciate it, and I'm sure many others will as well.

Love it, cats have staff and only tolerate us because we serve their needs. I shared this with my favorite cat.

I am stealing so many of these. I've been telling friends that our cats have started looking at us and wondering why we're home all the time.

And, it's true,I am now a house cat. Oy!

It's been sixteen years since I've been owned by a cat. This brought back so many memories! I now own dogs, so much easier to deal with emotionally, except for the fact that Cujo the Maltese seems to think I'm his prison bitch now with this lockdown. But, I digress, as is my wont. This is hilarious, thank you!

I would steal these for my Wet Cat Wednesday but what's the point. These are so good. Made me grin like a Cheshire.

Very cool memes. I am working from home. My cat has decided to hide during work hours as she wants no part of work.

My dogs are loving it and I had a feeling the cats were feeling the opposite way. Meow. ;)

Thanks for the smiles/laffs!!

Now me, personally? I'm mature enough to leave my cat alone if he doesn't ask for my time and attention. But the daughter? She is driving her cat to distraction. I'll bet my grandcat gets less than 14 hours of sleep per day.

I was going to say that I will not accept any comments about my personal hygiene from a creature that craps in a sand box in the spare bedroom, but then I realized I've spent my whole live crapping into a bowl of water in the bathroom, so well played, HRH, well played.

'Bitch were you fired?' LOLOLOL!!!!

Fortunately, my sweet Pierre loves to be petted. Still, I am always careful to maintain respectful boundaries. All cats insist on that and they are experts at enforcing it.

Thanks for the belly laughs, HRH (and Deb), my sagging spirit sorely needed some! I didn't realize how much I'd miss chocolate Easter bunnies....

All types of felines are one of the four animal species that CAN get the coronavirus.

I didn't get the one with the cat in the grocery line at first, til I looked down at the cat. Then? I guffawed! These are priceless, as usual. Thank you, HRH and your servant/s.

Thank you for the morning chuckle. My cat is still befuddled (almost one month and counting) as to why I'm still home in the morning and early afternoon. She compensates by turning my old blue winter hat completely white via her annual sheddding.

My cats social distance. One is at the foot of my bed enjoying the spot where I carelessly left my clothes after I removed them. The second is in the dead middle of the bed, defying me to try to crawl around him, and Cheese, my decrepit yellow cat is sleeping on my pillow. They do all want to remind me to wash my hands before I hand them treats.

Maybe our cats should be more like HRH. THEY, however, are thrilled we're home all the time and follow us and want our attention every minute of the day. HELP!!!!!

I'm impressed by the cat hanging on the screen. He deserves an award. I think that's how I look right now. "Please tell me when it's okay to go to the beach again." I mean, sure, it's too cold right now but just the fact that they said no makes me want to go. haha

Stay healthy and safe,
Elsie

Brilliant, I love the cat with the knives - caught in the act. Gotta love cats, they know everything.

Lots of fun laughs here ~ Thanks Your Royal Highness! I'm wondering how that fat door kitty removed its claws from the screen. Eggs, rice, and 721 Lindor dark chocolate truffles top my grocery list. Chocolate is my favorite way to deal with all this. Groan, the other human in my house is opening and closing the cupboard and fridge doors over and over ~ a sure sign he's hungry. Unfortunately throwing a Lindor chocolate truffle at him won't work. All the best to you!

Cats really must be hating this, while dogs feel like they have died and gone to heaven!
