Now, I enjoy watching a good hockey fight as much as the next Canadian, but this one is EPIC! Marcus Foligno of the Buffalo Sabres graphically demonstrated the other night that violence ISN'T everything!
To quote the incredulous announcers:
"That's a Pantene Pro-V commercial!"
"Who fixes their hair in a fight?"
Hey, he's entitled, you jerks! Look at that sexy hair! Rowrrrr!
If I got into a fight I think I'd take the time to fix my hair. I love a good hockey fight myself but hockey video games have made me believe they happen more often than they do. Turns out they're quite a rarity.
P.S. If Thornton was any kind of fighter he would have taken advantage of Feligno during that move and laid him out. But I suspect the choreography is often like that in the WWE.
The NHL has some great looking hunks out there, don't they? But that episode with the hair fixing, I laughed so hard. But he's Italian. They fix their hair so they look good fighting. His dad is Mike Foligno, a Canadian Eh, played hockey for 15 seasons. Coaches the Jersey Devils now. He was just as hot looking as his son.

I want santa to put THAT in my xmess stocking!
ha! he does have amazing hair, but it was an unusual move in a fight!
He wanted to look good for the beat-down!

He's rather on a hot side
Lol. They don't pay him enough to fight when his hair is not in place!
It was a distraction to the other guy.
I think he was worried about his bald patch showing.

@ Jono -- You make a good point, LOL! But I refuse to be cynical about my boys. Those fights are REAL!
I've never seen something like that before. I enjoyed that. Pretty good stuff.
I have a weakness for gingers or blonds....
:)

If you say so.
the Ol'Buzzard
I'd have the advantage in that fight being a baldy and all. Hair is overrated!
Hi Deb just stopping by to wish you a Merry Christmas and let you know I think of you and your blog often. take care Cinner
I've never seen one in person
Now see my idea of a hockey game is blood on the ice, not fluff my do on ice. But he is some kinda good looking eye candy.
Damn, he's cute. I'd consider trading Willy Dunne Wooters for him.
Love,
Janie
Hair is very important, of course.
nothing like a good hockey fight. this is soooo funny!
What's the point in layin' some chump out if you don't look good doing it? This guy gets it.
Stylin' and profilin' while laying down some smack. It's a good thing!
"That's a Pantene Pro-V commercial!" BAHAHA! That is funny :)
And yeah, look at that gorgeous hair!
As hockey fights go that is one for the ages. Fighting while working on one's hair style has to be a rare talent. Very funny though.
Isn't he a cutie??
now that's a hockey match
He is sexy all over! LOL!
Thanks for the laugh! I missed this one!
