It's hard to believe that the day ahead will be the longest day of the year here in the northern hemisphere. Where does the time go? It's almost as mysterious as Stonehenge.
and a happy solstice to you too..... i was bemoaning the fact that i have to endure my broken (now fixed) knee on the longest day of the year...... i'd much rather have something wrong with me for less time over the shortest day of the year, of course!!
Stonehinge! I’ve never been there. Wish I had gone when you could still get up close and personal. I’d keep a gem in my pocket and go find Jamie Frasier.
I built a henge in my garden as an outdoor spiritual place, don't think it'll last as long as the original though. Those stones in my latest blog post are the same type/origin as found at stonehenge.
Happy Solstice! Of course it was cold and rainy here in the PNW of your southern neighbor. Love the memes! Oh, the number of times I've heard someone say 'Stonehinge'... argh!
@ Busy Bee Suz -- Yes, the Rare One and I were at Stonehenge in 2009. We were privileged to attend a private Druid ceremony among the Stones at dusk. A bucket list memory for sure!

🦔 Hengehog! Aww! We had a pet hedgehog back during that phase of pet world. She was small and cute and lovable. We called her Rex! Tough little gal. 🥰
These are very fun interpretation of the heritage site
...great fun.

These are great. The longest day of the year. Happy Solstice to you.
I stole the one with the cheese. I have a history teacher down the street who would love to post this or get ideas.
I love henge funnies. Bonehenge!
Stonehinge. Now it all makes sense!
Favorite is the playground.

Happy Happy Solstice! Stonehenge is something I'd like to see in person, you know, just to make sure it's real. Have you been?
