Yeah, Baby, That's Me!

As a blogger, I've been taking it pretty darn easy for the past couple of months: not writing a lot, just swiping LOLcat gags off the interwebz and reposting them here, maybe sticking in a video or two for variety, etc. But this month I'll try to add a bit more substance, especially in the spirituality area. I'm going to do a series on the stone circles we visited in England. I also intend to start a series on labyrinths I have known and loved. But don't worry, there'll still be lots of goofy stolen stuff too. Especially this week.

i LOVE labyrinths. they have a wonderful small one at 'lilydale' in new york. it is a small conclave in new york state that was the hotbed of psychics in the 1800'sand is still used the same way to this day. google it for an interesting read! i tried to spark interest in a community labyrinthe a few years back and they looked at me the way they usually do.

I love, Love, LOVE that picture!!!

Everyone needs a break now and then. But really, a month? Or was it two?? LOL :0)
I've missed coming by on a regular basis. And going on my armchair travels. And partaking of your view of the world.
Looking forward to what the future has to hold....

{but what's not to LOVE about the LOLCats?}

I'm off to Glastonbury in a few weeks. I'll take some pics while I'm there - it's a wonderfully spiritual place. No doubt we'll visit Stonehenge on the drive down there. :o)

Every body deserves some blogging down time! So there! ,-)

No need to come back, till you feel good and ready to! So there! ,-)

Bet you love my attitude, right? -grin-

Oh and... It's not only liberals who know how to think for themselves, ya' know. -pout- I get tired of the unfair rap... That if you're a lot conservative, you have to be ALL THAT WAY. I found my own 'drum' and I march to it. Not to the 'drum' of anyone, or any thing [think 'bible'] else.

Sorry for the "soap box moment," in your Comments. It's just a topic that bugs me, at times. :-) That Litmus Test which some conservatives seem to apply to others. And how it is kind of pervasive. If you know what I mean.

OK, I'll stop now! LOL. I do get wound up, don't I? ,-)

I'm trying to be a blogger of less substance. Drinking and eating for three solid days didn't exactly help, though. That's why I bought a new girdle. Way easier.

Hey Debz,

I can't wait to read about the stone circles. I spend the better part of Sunday afternoon watching Acient Aliens on the History channel, and they mentioned the stone circles, and trying to answer the question 'how did humans at the time get such large slabs of rock in place without a superior technology. The theory behind Acient Aliens is that Earth was visited in the past, thousands of years ago, by extraterrestrials who aided ancient civilization with advance technology to help build pyramids around the world, etc.

I'm keen to see your posts on stone circles and labyrinths! I found Stonehenge amazing to visit..just wish I'd been able to go there as a child before the barriers went up, and one could still walk freely through the circle.

You have inspired me, now..I should probably post a few Stonehenge photos on my other blog....:)
