Bunnies Are Multifaceted Creatures

Western cultures see a Man in the moon.
Asian cultures see a Rabbit in the moon.
Could BOTH be right?

We should strive to be bunnies.

I LOVE BUNNIES!!! Unfortunately, unless I can keep them in an outdoor hutch, I have just a horrible allergy to them. I had two dwarf bunnies and built them an outdoor 4x4 elevated hutch when I lived in St. Pete. They earned their keep! Their droppings made EXCEPTIONAL fertilizer for my roses and trees!

Sadly, here in RI, out Winters just get too brutally cold and I would not be able to protect them from those elements; that and we have coyotes, foxes, raccoons and fisher-cats in the area that would destroy any hutch to get to them. I wish I was not so allergic...

Hello Debra, A student couldn't pronounce his r's so his teacher gave him this sentence to memorize: "Robert gave Richard a rap in the ribs for roasting the rabbit so rare." The next day he recited: "Bob gave Dick a poke in the side for not cooking the bunny enough."

Sorry to do this to you, but the alliteration in the last one suddenly called this to mind (after I will not admit how many years--so much for Dr. Spo and his temporary memory theories). I checked it on the internet, and apparently thousands of people not only remembered it, but felt compelled to type it into the some website or other.

Bunnies are the sweetest things.... I've had several over the years. They're soft and curious and like to cuddle.

Eeeek! No thanks Deb. Rabbits/Bunnies are just oversized rats.

What a DEE-lightful bunch o' bunnies! And I can relate to all of them... except riding a dog while carrying a pet snail on my arm like a falcon.

You wound me to the core, Shirley, as I am NOT an oversized rat, LOL! Actually, rabbits/bunnies/hares are lagomorphs while rats & mice are rodents. Other than both groups being mammals, they are distinctly separate species.

The best one for me is the man or bunny in the moon. I hope it's a bunny, I'd like that.
