Offbeat Creativity

I like this next very colourful one
even though it is undoubtedly AI:

An embroidery of the Wikipedia page for embroidery:

Hello Debra, These are great! I especially like the origami snowball (the only kind I can do) and the series of leg-eating socks.

Love those socks!

I wish I knew a knitter willing to make size 15 fish socks for SG. They’re wonderful! The sleeping cat is stunning. I wish it weren’t AI. Is it possible it’s not? My mother could have made something like that. My ball sack is a brilliant knitting tote. I should have one made for someone I know (but then I’d have to ask her to knit those socks for SG). Baby Elvis is hilarious. And that stained glass is excellent!

That first stained glass one took me a minute and then I got it. Brilliant!
As well as Cat Sandals!

LOL at the Elvis one! The cat slippers look rather cute.

@ Moving with Mitchell -- Well, I'm just making an educated guess that the sleeping cat is AI because it is so perfect in every single little detail. It's possible that I'm wrong and it's real.

I wonder where I can buy an elvis for my Nephew's kid.

...and my socks are boring white!

I love grandma making the kitty slippers! And the can of sardines. You do know about the sardine swimming with her baby, sees a submarine and says "Look, darling, a can of people!"

Very sweet:)

I love those socks that look like they are eating your feet. I am gonna have to share with Baby M as she is quite the knitter.

@ Boud -- GROAN!

All of those slippers are quite creative, although I can't imagine my cat ever putting up with them.

I love all of these ... Baby Elvis and the AI cat especially!!

I'm kind of with Debra--the difference in woodgrain above and below the cat looks strongly AI.

I love the gator and shark socks.

I always assumed origami would be hard to learn, but I think I could master the snowball!! 🤣

It always amazes me what an expert in knitting and crochet can produce. The colourful cat pillow is beautiful -- the only part that looks AI to me is the cat's furry cheeks... Love the fish socks too!

These are wonderful! Such creative, talented and funny people in this world. I love the sardine can stained glass and the Wikipedia embroidery. All of it, really...
I'm going to send this to my daughter who is an amazing knitter.

OMG baby Elvis!! I don't understand the beer tap in the stain glass though - explain for dummies please.

Debra She Who Seeks said...

@ Margaret (Peggy or Peg too) -- I think the beer tab is meant to be that little tab you pull on a sardine tin to open it. I don't eat sardines though, so I could be wrong about the mechanics of opening a tin of them, lol!
