Lighten Up!

I've been looking back over my August posts and OMG, soooooo serious! Wars, more wars, PTSD, hymns about the abyss -- sheesh, what a downer, eh? So let's lighten up with everyone's favourite goofy looking animal! That's right, GOATS! No, not Goatse, ewwww. GOATS!

Here's two good looking guys, both with beards --

I don't think Sir Ian McKellen will be pleased.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaah, I know the feeling!

Be forewarned -- goats can have a dark side too.

Ugh, why did you have to mention Goatse? That is truly dark. (I do really like the Ian McKellen goat.)

I love how the goat in the second pic looks like it's smiling :)

I find the horizontal rectangular pupils of goats eyes mesmerising - imagine being able to see almost, but not totally, behind yourself.

I never look at them the same since I was pointed out the strange pupils a few years ago

Those are fine looking goats! But that evil one - with the dark side- don't think I'd let him in my house.

I love goats. I went to drop off David's wallet at his office one day and one of his co-workers brought in a tiny baby goat. It was abandoned at birth so she had to bottle feed it every 2 hours. I think they are born with springs in their hooves because that little bugger was hopping everywhere it went. And CUTE! So freaking cute.
