OMG ... I love every one of these! I agree with the Mistress ... the little girl and the camel always makes me smile -- the exuberance is so evident! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
I love the jar idea. But I think I’d end up writing swear words on those little slips of paper. Come to think of it, reading those out all at once at the end of the year would definitely make me laugh.
Camels. That is what i love about today. Also llamas, alpacas, guanacos and vicunas. Also giraffes and mountain goats. We were just talking about libraries. I love them too. I love that movie "The Story of the Weeping Camel". It came from the library. Which reminds me to say thanks for this excellent post.
That dog looking out of the wrought iron fence always makes me LOL!
Not so sure about the jar idea though, as it could really be affirming or depressing come year's end -- I'd rather keep a swear jar and use the proceeds to buy champagne for New Year's Eve!
This is wonderful, Debra ~ a definite smile creator. How adorable the little girls are ~ full of joy and happiness. We should spend more time with our inner children! Hugs to you!
The Mongolian girl with the camel has been a favourite of mine for years. And bursting into song for no reason - my family forever. My two youngest will sing "Sisters" from White Christmas at the drop of a cue. I was in the dog park last week and a girl with a dog named Ollie started singing the theme from Oliver. The dog peering through the fence always cracks me up There are things to be happy for and today I sure need them.
For some unknown reason, I have the song "Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy" going through my head.
But, this post made me smile about the innocence of youth so lost on the adults of today. Looking at life through the eyes of a child is guaranteed to make you smile throughout your day.

I have always loved the picture of that little girl with the camel. Still makes me smile when I see it.
I keep wondering how this happy stuff got by hrh. I love it, but I'm wondering if she's pacifying the humans while she gets on with world domination.
The little girl in front of the painting? I love that!
What a picture of pure joy - the girl with the camel.
Makes my day.
the Ol'Buzzard
Happiness is an inside job.
It's really difficult sometimes but we have to try and find those small things that make us smile.
These are great! Wishing us all a happy day!
I think that last one captures the spirit of happiness.

Why are you so happy today? What are you up to?! 😁

A wonderful reminder and I like the idea of the jar.
I have a little gratitude journal in which I write three things per day. This is my 'jar'
People used to tell me that kittens came from cabbage patches, but I never believed them. Shows what I know.
I am perfectly capable of being simultaneously grateful and miserable, thank you very much.
Thank you for a happy post. To be content with what we have is a key to good health. Yes, being thankful.
Small children and animals. They know what being happy is all about.
Dream big but enjoy the small things in life

Love the picture of the girl with the camel.
Someday that canvas of the little girl and the camel will be blank from exuberance.
Hope your day is good and also all your readers.
Coffee is on and stay safe
Thanks peppylady.

I love all of these but the two little girls made me smile extra wide.
Yep, totally! All of it.
Last two are Breathtakingly beautiful my friend. How powerful this truth is dear Debra 🤗
God does not owed us anything. Whatever he has given is just his kindness and gift.
We should not complain for things we don't have but should be thankful for what we have
That's so true about happy people.
Happy happy indeed. I am so happy we have a long weekend.

Being happy IS good for my health. I love all of these, my friend!
What timing! Just what I needed today, Debra. Being happy is definitely good for our health!
Being happy is definitely a state that's hard to maintain
Who can resist a photo of a cat with a leaf on its head? :D
