Godda Tewwible Code

Hi everyone! I'm back now, but my souvenir from Manitoba is a terrible cold. So unfortunately, it will be a few days until regular blogging resumes. Maybe even a week, if symptoms carry on that long. *cough, hack, snort*

Oh. my, I am so sorry to hear you are under the weather. Ginger tea my friend.
Whole ginger--sliced
Cinnamon sticks
Cloves
Lemon
Bring to boil, then simmer. Add honey to taste.
I make tons of it when anyone is sick.

You know, I forgot to mention this morning. Your title for this blog reminded me of something. I was ordering Chinese food one night and after I got done ordering, the man on the phone asked me what kind of rice I wanted, so I said..."White Wice." Just slipped out like that. Still have difficulty saying the two words quickly. Try it.

Yes - Mary knows her stuff! I had a tickle in my throat last night and was worried about a bug - so had a cup of ginger tea, and I feel better today!

That ginger tea does sound good. I drink a concoction of hot apple cider vinegar and honey when I'm sick. Doesn't taste great but feel medicinal.
