My Mom is long gone but she's still my seatbelt.

That Dave Grohl story was sweet and hilarious.

It's a mixed day for some people, yes. I don't make too much of it.

I watched a video of that Dave Grohl interview. His mom looks like such a sweet lady! I liked this post, especially the sign outside the church - :) -Jenn

Such a sweet post. Yes, the original seatbelt. We were talking about that at work the other day. Funny because it's true!

I ended up buying my mom her gift in a store I told her to meet me at before a birthday party

I sadly blipped about Mother's Day, well everybody did in my household, as it was my daughter's college graduation. Sooooo....I guess that can be considered a nifty Mother's Day gift?

Oh and, to make the blipping fully complete, we tried to go to a restaurant. For lunch. But we wound up going to another restaurant that was more local than chain and had a great Mother's Day.

Love, love, love the Don't Tell Mom. My Dad used to say that to my sisters when they got in trouble. Great memory.

His Lordship got me a bag of vinegar potato chips for Mothers Day. Baby bought me a succulent. It was a good day.
